Dear Kenneth MacKenzie Suite Visitors,

Yes, I have stayed there before, first floor, first room.

So wherever I go, you (service provider) make sure you give a good service, as I will criticise.

When we want to book accommodation, the things that we really care for are:

1. Price
2. Reviews of the place

Therefore, I will always be critical, straight to the point.

Good points:

1. Located near to Nicolson Street, 5-10 minutes walking distance to Holyrood Palace, 10-15 minutes to Princess Street.
2. Full Scottish Breakfast provided, including sausages, bacon, hash brown, black pudding, tomato, eggs, baked beans and mushroom. In addition, there is a selection of fruits, cereals and orange juice.
3. Clean.
4. Small TV provided.
5. Coffee provided in the room.
6. Warm enough room as the room is small.

Bad points:

1. Noisy in the morning especially when you are at the first floor.
2. You have to walk outside the building to get to the place next door for the breakfast.
3. Small toilet.
4. Do not expect hotel standards, it is run by students, and essentially it is a student accommodation converted to hotel. Every floor there is a corridor, with rooms.
5. No lift, if you have big luggages and staying at the fourth floor, think.
