Dear Swine Flu Jabbers,

I have the seasonal flu jab every year and this year I had both the swine flu jab as well as the seasonal flu jab. I got the swine flu jab on my non-dominant arm.

I must say the swine flu jab arm was much sore compared to the normal one. I had it 2 days ago and it is still sore now. The worst was the first night after the jab, I dare not even turn during sleeping as I was aware of the pain.

Then now it is getting better. During the first day I also had headache, not sure it's caused by the swine jab or not seasonal jab. But then I never got headache with seasonal jab.

Definitely more sore getting the swine flu jab.

It is unusual for pilots to warn passengers that the flight will be 'bumpy'. Signifying that it will be a turbulent flight. Flying on a small plane, ie Fokker, is never that stable, but yesterday it was pretty shaky. I can feel the plane swaying from left to right, rotating. I must say it is not an easy job for the pilot to control the plane with 15/16 knots of wind. I always thought that turbulence can only caused by difference in pressure.

The worst I have experienced so far was on an international flight, big plane, dropping down 100 feet, well, describing it as like on a roller coaster would be similar.

When we were young, we went to school, we had fun in college or university. No worries about anything at all. Going into my 30-year-old stage now, I realise that there are so much in life to do, and what I actually want for my life.

Being it simple a life, get a house, a car, getting married and have children, seeing parents and friends, having holidays, all that we have to work hard for.

Sometimes getting them done, with hard work is very satisfying. We don't need a big house, maids, expensive cars with chauffer.

Most important thing is, imagine what you want in your future, and actuallly achieving it.
