Dear Traffic Law Makers,

The famous saying is that, ' Red lights are optional.'

Which means you can choose to stop or not.

You might think this is ridiculous but it is so real in some countries.

For example, in some countries, some cars will not stop at paedestrian crossings.

In some countries, cars will only stop when they see that you are crossing the road.

In some countries, cars will Not stop even they see that you are crossing the road.

Well, 3 persons on a motorbike is not unusual.

Holding a baby on thigh as well as being the driver is not unheard of.

Driving manual car, one hand holding cigarettes and the other hand holding mobile phone, the driving still has hands to hold the wheel and change the gear.

All in all, rules are made to be broken.

And it is upto the enforcers to take actions.

In some countries, traffic polices just sit and watch you to break the laws.

In some countries, yes you get the fine for speeding, but it is fine not to pay the fine as nothing will happen to you. You still can drive.

In some countries, you can get discount if you want to pay for your fine. Is that encouragement to make more offences? How pathetic.

No one understands the seriously of road traffic accidents, until, they are involved in it.
