I again visited Water Margin in Belfast last week.
I noticed that the menu has already changed and they actually added the carrots into the menu now. It's not temporarily anymore.
Good.
I did not order the 'Cheung Fun' this time as I thought the skin was too thick for me.

The 'black bean pork' or 'pai guat' was good, big portion and tasty, although I always prefer more garlic in in.
The 'har gaw' was generous with the prawns, and they provided 4 pieces whereas other restaurants only provide 3 normally. A plus point for this.
The 'wor tek' or 'fried dumpling' was not too bad, I like the 'vege' taste in it.
Lastly it was the rice, which was new in the menu. I ordered the 'preserved meat' rice. They came with pork, chicken feet. It was ok only.
