It actually looks like a factory, it is near to one of the tesco express, so it is more convenient.
But the prices may not be cheaper if you care to compare, and actually not much more variety.
It is more like a distributor, but not meant to attract grocery consumers.
On the contrary, Lee Foods is further away, smaller in size too.
There is parking provided at the back of the store by the way. So you don't have to search hard on the street in front of the store.
The instant noodles are cheaper for some of them.
I would say there are more variety in Lee Foods.
No matter where we choose to go, always check the expiry date.
Some shops even sell expired stuff on a special shelf with special price.
Whether it is legal or not I don't want to comment, but they are certainly doing it.
And by the way, near Lee Foods there is a chinese bakery store which is quite handy. It is 2 minutes walk away, but you need to know the location.
They sell quite a lot of bakery, 'pineapple bun', 'egg tart', 'char siew bun' etc, 80p per piece.
