Dear UN,

I agree North Korea should be more transparent on what they are doing.

Letting others know more clearly what they are doing.

But again, if let say the country who is firing the missle is not North Korea,

let say it is China or USA, probably no one will say anything dramatically.

The world now has become complicated.

To make it nuclear free, well, starting with who? USA? UK? Russia? China?

It is not easy at all.

So UN members, tell us something you would do first, don't tell others what to do first.
